Sprouted grains can add an entirely new dimension to your baking, and your nutrition! In this class we discuss the sprouting process and the changes that occur during germination of grains, and we'll be using some sprouted grains to make two breads: a yeasted bread and a soda bread (with flour we mill ourselves) and a chocolate chunk cookie. These recipes will tantalize your taste buds while offering your bodies an advanced level of nutrients! Warning: sprouting grains can be addictive!
You'll leave BAKE! with a few tested recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, and the loaves you made in class.
