Wholey Whole Grain Pastries

In this class we’ll be using whole grain flours to make delicious and nutritious pastries. We know whole grains are good for us, but how do you work them into your favorite sweet treats? We'll teach you how to make great-tasting scones, muffins, and cookies with whole grains!
You'll leave BAKE! with a few tested recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, and at least a couple dozen pastries you made in class.
