Gluten Free: The New Frontier

After countless customer requests we are excited to explore the area of gluten free baking in this all new hands-on class. You’ll blaze a baking trail along side us and create a muffin, a flat bread, a quick bread, and a cookie using grains and flours with no gluten. Please keep in mind our facility is not gluten free and we are not gluten free experts, but we are passionate bakers and teachers!

You'll leave BAKE! with several tested recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home and everything you made in class.
