Do you already love donuts! Of course you do because everyone does. But wait. What if you had a donut made with really great ingredients? And, what if you learned how to make them yourself? We’ll make light and fluffy yeast-raised donuts from start to finish and even fill and top them with dark Belgian chocolate ganache, real vanilla bean pastry cream and more. It’s not that we want to take the fun out of your weekend donut run but when you taste how good homemade donuts can be, you might just decide to do it yourself after taking this class.
You'll leave BAKE! with the knowledge to make these donuts at home, a few recipes and a dozen donuts you made in class.
