Our BAKE!-cations® are so popular guests like to return year after year, so we’ve created a brand new version of our pastry baking weekend. This weekend will cover a variety of techniques such as crimping pie dough, par-baking, creaming method, kneading, cooking custard, filling a cake and more. You’ll learn while creating this great collection of recipes: Quiche Lorraine, Puff Pastry, Palmiers, Pecan Blondies, Whoopie Pies, Cream Cheese and Apricot Strudel, Cheddar Bacon Scallion Scones, Triple Trouble Chocolate Cookies, New Deli Crumb Cake, Fruit Tarts, and Black Forest Torte. Also includes a special Bakehouse breakfast and lunch each day. You'll leave BAKE! with our recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, a full tummy, boxes of amazing pastries you made in class, and great coupons.
