Former BAKE! instructor, Alejandro Ramon, is here to share his knowledge of Mexican Tamales. One of his first memories is helping his mom in the kitchen, stirring rice as it dry roasted, to make “Grandma’s Mexican Rice.” Now, he has a few great recipes to share! In this class, you will create hand-made corn tamales with green chili chicken and red chili pork fillings. With Cinco de Mayo right around the corner, you will have the skills to recreate these recipes for friends and family!
