On Christmas morning, I am hoping to bake the sticky buns that we made in the Pastry Bake-cation.  I just reviewed the recipe, and the whole process looks like it takes at least 4 hours.  What can I do ahead of time to make this easier on myself?  I'd rather not have to get up at 4am to start making breakfast!  Wink

Thank you!

sara,
sorry i didn't answer in time!  i hope you had a great christmas anyway!  but in general, we make the dough the day before, and you could go as far as rolling up the dough, cutting out the individual rolls, and fermenting them partially before putting them into the fridge for the night, so that when you wake up all you have to do is to pre-heat the oven and pop them in right out of the fridge.  make sure they're covered up in the fridge so they don't get a thick skin.  i hope you're well!

peace,
shelby
