Zingerman's Vegetarian Indian food class

Let's make dinner together! You’ll create stuffed paratha (flatbread), Dal Makhani (curried lentils) and coconut rice pudding. We’ll also demonstrate cooking basmati rice and chutney. Everything in this class is vegetarian. Go home with dinner for four!



Our classes (except for family classes & kids camps) are for adults 17 & up.
