Grains, Nutrition & Home Milling

Bakehouse Brown Bag Talks Presents:
Grains, Nutrition and Home Milling
with Sue Becker

With all the negative information concerning grains published today, Sue will bring a timely message on the truth about wheat, grains and gluten.  She will share the history of white flour and its effects on our health, as she discusses the correlation of the bread we eat and common health issues that plague most of us. After more than 26 years of study, Sue is more convinced than ever that whole grains are the key to good health. Sue’s presentation is both informative and encouraging.

The talk will be accompanied by a light brown bag meal of whole grain foods: Bakehouse nicoise salad with wheat berries, Molinaro's mushroom parmesan barley soup and Funky Chunky chocolate walnut cookies with whole grain flour.

You’ll leave BAKE! with new found knowledge and inspiration, happy taste buds, a recipe and great coupons.
