Kids Camp - Dinner Series
For kids age 12-14.

Day 1
Quiche with cheddar & caramelized onions, Crusty hard rolls and herb butter, and chocolate sable cookie. Learn these advanced skills: mixing pie dough, bread shaping and scoring, and stovetop cooking.

Day 2
Chicken Pot Pie, Mixed green salad with sliced cucumbers, carrot roses, ranch dressing and homemade croutons, and Whole wheat chocolate chip cookie. Learn advanced skills: stovetop cooking, forming pie dough, and knife skills.

Day 3
Fresh Linguine pasta with Marinara sauce, Focaccia bread with parmesan and rosemary, and Pignoli (pine nut) cookies. Learn advanced skills: pasta dough rolling and cutting, stovetop cooking, and bread shaping.

Day 4
Biscuits and Home-made sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, fruit salad, and summer fruit cobbler. Learn advanced skills: homemade sausage, stovetop cooking, and knife skills.

Day 5
Urfa Turkey Chili, cheesy cornbread and cupcakes. Learn advanced skills: stovetop cooking and working with a yeasted bread dough.

You’ll leave BAKE! With our recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, all the food you made in class and great coupons. For kids age 12-14.
