Celebrate the holiday with some great tasting food (sorry, no green food coloring)—Irish Soda Bread (2 ways) and Guinness Stout Chocolate Cupcakes with Bailey's Irish Cream Frosting.
You'll leave the BAKE! class with our recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, 2 to 4 loaves of soda bread, and a dozen cupcakes.
In-Person: We’ll bake the cupcakes and two traditional Irish breads, a brown soda bread like the Bakehouse makes, and also a sweeter white soda bread with currants.
Virtual: We’ll bake the cupcakes and a sweeter white soda bread with currants, and we'll share our recipe for brown Irish soda bread for you to bake on your own later.
Our classes (except for family classes & kids camps) are for adults 17 & up.
