Class will begin with Gábor sharing his passion for authentic travel experiences through personal photos and anecdotes from his many trips around Hungary. Next we’ll demonstrate the delicious Palóc Leves soup, Pogácsa, and Poppy Seed Rétes for dessert! As we demonstrate each of these Hungarian delights Gábor will provide us with colorful commentary about each recipe.
