BAKE!-cation Weekend: Bread 3.0
In this action packed weekend of bread baking you'll make a griddle flatbread called m'smen, banana quick bread, yeasted sesame semolina with golden raisins and fennel, whole wheat baguettes, crispy breadsticks, pretzel buns for sandwiches, versatile brioche, classic onion rye, spicy chile cheddar and savory potato dill bread. We'll cover numerous bread making techniques including yeasted breads, starters, fermenting and proofing doughs, baking a great crust and more. We'll show you a jaw-dropping world of amazing breads that you really can bake at home! Your BAKE!-cation includes breakfast and lunch each day.
