Our BAKE!-cations® are the ultimate experience for the home baker! We guide you through a comprehensive education in bread and pastry techniques in a fun, exciting, relaxed and always hands-on classroom full of good humor and expert instruction. We feature both week-long and weekend BAKE!-cations® that include breakfast and lunch everyday, and we promise that you'll need to bring along an empty suitcase to bring home all the great stuff you've made.

BAKE!-cation Weekend: Savory

When we think of baking for many of us only bread and sweets come to mind. A whole big world of baking is actually related to making savory items. Join us for two joyful days of using our baking skills to make full flavored savory entrees and appetizers. We’ll make parmesan pepper bread, savory strudel, Indian flat bread called naan, Hungarian cheese rolls called pogacsa, New York style pizza, and more!


If you are coming from out of town, we'd be happy to assist you with a hotel. Since this is a U of M homecoming weekend, we have reserved several rooms 1 mile from here for $213 a night plus tax, on October 31st and November 1st. Please call us at 734-761-7255.
