You can make your own fresh pasta at home! We’ll teach you how to make Egg Pasta Dough and turn it into noodles, as well as how to make and fill Ravioli. We'll also demonstrate a simple Marinara Sauce to top all the pasta you made in class. These recipes and techniques can be the inspiration for all the pasta creations you can dream up at home.

For those taking the Virtual class:  to make the best pasta, having a hand-cranked pasta machine or the appropriate attachments for a stand mixer will be extremely helpful and is highly recommended.

You'll leave the BAKE! class with our recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, and the pasta you made in class.

In-Person: We'll end the in-person class with a tasting of what we made and you'll go home with a batch of the Marinara Sauce and some great coupons. 

Virtual: Please visit our Virtual Class Page for all of the instructions you need to be prepared for class. The most important preparations are measuring all of your ingredients before the class, making sure you have all of the equipment needed, and being ready to use Zoom.
