Our BAKE!-cations® are the ultimate experience for the home baker! We guide you through a comprehensive education in bread and pastry techniques in a fun, exciting, relaxed and always hands-on classroom full of good humor and expert instruction. We feature both week-long and weekend BAKE!-cations® that include breakfast and lunch everyday, and we promise that you'll need to bring along an empty suitcase to bring home all the great stuff you've made.

BAKE!-cation Weekend: Bread 3.0

Our BAKE!-cations® are the ultimate experience for the home baker! We guide you through a comprehensive education in baking techniques in a fun, exciting, relaxed, and always hands-on classroom full of good humor and expert instruction. Your BAKE!-cation® includes breakfast and lunch every day. You'll need an empty suitcase to bring home all the great food you've made!

This hands-on, in-person BAKE!-cation® will be an intensive weekend of baking and demonstrations of some of our favorite breads:

Pretzels Buns, Onion Rye, Spicy Chile Cheddar,  Grissini, Sesame Semolina, Green Olive Paesano, Banana Bread, Whole Grain Naan, and more! 

You’ll leave BAKE! with our recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, a full stomach, and all the amazing bread you made in class. You'll also go home with some great coupons.

BAKE!-cation® Weekend: Bread

​​Our weekend BAKE!-cations® are the ultimate experience for the home baker! We guide you through a comprehensive education in baking techniques in a fun, exciting, relaxed and always hands-on classroom full of good humor and expert instruction. Your BAKE!-cation® includes breakfast and lunch everyday, as well as tastings throughout the weekend. Plus, you'll need an empty suitcase to bring home all the great food you've made!

Join us for an intensive weekend of baking some of our favorite breads, including these from the Bakehouse: Sourdough, Farm, Paesano, and Bialys. We’ll also make Quinoa Flax Bread and then go international with Lángos (a favorite Hungarian street food), Dinkelbrot, and Grissini (Italian breadsticks). Finally, we’ll rustle up two of our favorite quick breads–Ginger Scones and Cornbread.

You’ll leave the Bread BAKE!-cation® with our recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, all the tasty food you made in class, as well as some great coupons.
