Join us for a fun evening in honor of our friend Ally Hennessey. You’ll get the rare chance to roll up your sleeves, flour up your hands and get world-class instruction from BAKE! Principal, Sara Molinaro, as she leads you through dough-making, rolling, shaping, topping and baking a NY-style pizza in our wood-fired oven.
BONUS: you’ll leave with dough you can use for future pizza-making.
Then you’ll whip up enough dessert to share with your whole family -- Zingerman’s Black Magic Brownies - ooey gooey, rich and delicious, nut-free chocolate brownies. Everyone will take home about a dozen (or less whatever you eat in the car). There’ll be time for the class participants to enjoy the fruits of their labor around the baking table.
Zingerman’s Bakehouse is happy to contribute $60 of the price of each ticket to support Ally.
