In this hands-on class, you'll learn the basics for making a layer cake and Swiss buttercream icing from scratch as well as how to fill, crumb coat, and ice the cake you made.
You'll leave the class with our recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, and the caramel apple cake you made in class.
In-Person: We'll end class with a tasting of what we made and you'll go home with some great coupons.
