Calling all chocoholics! There's a new chocolate lineup! In this hands-on class, we'll make some of our favorite treats that will satisfy your need for an ultra-rich chocolate fix: totally addictive, deep dark Chocolate Coconut Macaroons; and super rich Mississippi Mud Pie. The class is full of new techniques to learn: a new brownie recipe, soft chocolate ganache, and toasted meringue! It's gonna be chocolate-covered fun!
You'll leave BAKE! with our recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, and the Mississippi Mud pie and macaroons you made in class.
In-Person: We'll end class with a tasting of what we made and you'll also go home with some great coupons.
Virtual: Please visit our Virtual Class Page for all of the instructions you need to be prepared for class. The most important preparations are measuring all of your ingredients before class, making sure you have all the equipment needed, and being ready to use Zoom.You'll need a stand mixer with a whip attachment or a hand-held mixer to make the meringue topping for the Mississippi Mud Pie. A torch for toasting the meringue is helpfully delicious but not required.
