Crullers and Churros

If there are two things we are passionate about, it's demystifying baking techniques and giving bakers the knowledge they need to make beloved treats at home. We love to teach Crullers and Churros because it lets us satisfy both of those desires!

Join us to find out how to make them in this hands-on class! Learn to make a foundational and flexible dough called Pâte à Choux (pronounced, pot-a-shoo) and how to transform it into crullers and churros. 

You'll leave the BAKE! class with our recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, and everything you made in class.

In-Person: We'll end class with a tasting of what we made and you'll also leave with some great coupons. 

Virtual: Please visit our Virtual Class Page for all of the instructions you need to be prepared for class. The most important preparations are measuring all of your ingredients before class, making sure you have all the equipment needed, and being ready to use Zoom.
