In this hands-on class, we'll make the stew and also a batch of soft and tasty Scottish Baps—dreamy little dinner rolls—to sop up the stewy sauce. Need a little something for dessert? You'll leave the BAKE! class with our recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, and dinner for four!
In-Person: We'll end class with a tasting of what we made and you'll go home with some great coupons.

Cup or Bowl?, the first in our series of cookbooklets, features a collection of favorite soups and bread pairings that have graced our Bakeshop lunch menu for nearly 20 years. The cookbooklet includes 15 soup recipes you can make at home, ranging from cold summer classics like heirloom gazpacho to American standards like creamy Tomato De-Vine. Shipping is included in the price of the cookbooklet.
Basic Bread Baking Kit
Our Basic Bread Baking Kit is great for bakers who are just starting to experiment with bread baking. It comes with 5 tools that will help you get started on your bread baking adventure: a bowl scraper, a bench knife, a lame with three razor blades (for scoring bread), an oven thermometer, and a digital thermometer.
