Dinner Series: Friendsgiving

What's possibly better than Thanksgiving dinner? Friendsgiving gets our vote! We like the more relaxed celebration of good food and great company, not to mention the opportunity to stray a tad from traditional Thanksgiving fare with some freedom and flare. In this hands-on class, we’ll teach you how to make three recipes for a fun and festive Friendsgiving menu that relates to Thanksgiving, but with a few twists; plus a host of new skills to boot!

For the main course, we’ll rustle up our Urfa Turkey Chili, a star of the Bakehouse’s weekly soup repertoire. Think turkey brimming with lots of flavor from red-black pepper flakes from the region of Urfa Turkey. We’ll then bake up some Bakehouse Pretzel Rolls to enjoy with our chili (what’s a Thanksgiving or Friendsgiving dinner without rolls?) We’ll finish off the meal with a taste of pumpkin, not pie, but Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars nestled in a Ginger Jump-Up cookie crust

You’ll leave the BAKE! class with our recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, and a tasty Friendsgiving dinner for four!

In-Person: We’ll end class with a tasting of the Friendsgiving fare we made and you’ll go home with some great coupons.

Our classes (except for family classes & kids camps) are for adults 17 & up.
