Join us to make a meal so satisfying and flavorful that you'll feel like you've actually been transplanted to a home kitchen or restaurant in the Mediterranean! We'll be making the Bakehouse lunch-crowd favorite and iconic Moroccan dish, Harira Soup. Our version is vegetarian, featuring lots of vegetables, chickpeas, and green lentils in a vegetable broth seasoned with harissa, a smoky, peppery, red chili paste that’s a staple in Middle Eastern and North African cooking. It's souper satisfying! For a little ripping and dipping, we'll be making Whole Grain Pita and for a sweet finish, a rich and deeply flavorful Tahini Date Cookie.
You’ll leave the BAKE! class with our recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, and a Mediterranean-inspired dinner for four!
In-Person: We’ll end class with tasting of all that we made and you’ll go home with some great coupons.
