Eater.com is our go-to website for restaurant recommendations across the United States.  If you're not familiar with the site we highly recommend that you check it out. Eater just launched its second cookbook and our recipe for Paczki is in it! To celebrate Eater.com and their new book, we're holding a demonstration class.

Come to watch us demonstrate 3 recipes from the book: turkey rice meatballs, Killed Salad, and a Sweet Tea Chess Pie. We'll be serving  abundant samples. Amy Cavanaugh, Eater's Midwest authority will join us virtually to tell us all about the book. Here's a short preview:
