
Eton Mess is a classic English dessert made with crunchy meringue, whipped cream, and fresh strawberries. Roulade is a French word for something that’s rolled. In this hands-on class, we’ll put the two together to create a light, delicious treat that’s, well, anything but a mess! Together we’ll create this stunning swirled dessert by making crispy, chewy meringue; layering it with a cream filling and strawberries; rolling it up; and adorning it with more berries and fresh mint.
