Join us for some European cookie baking! We’ve chosen our favorites from the continent and want to share them with you. In this hands-on class, we'll first make Pfeffernüsse (Amy's favorite), a German spice cookie that's soft, chewy, and exploding with a flavorful blend of aromatic spices! Then, we'll head on to Italy to make Pignolis, indulgent almond, hazelnut, and pine nut cookies, which we can never eat just one of. And lastly, we'll make a buttery almond Kifli in honor of our Hungarian friends.
You'll leave the BAKE! class with our recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, and all the tasty European cookies you made in class.
In-person: We'll end class with a cookie tasting and you'll also go home with some great coupons.
