Join us to get into the holiday spirit in July and make our 2021 Fancy Schmancy cookies. This lineup of four festive, fancy cookies, has a little bit of everything—nutty, spicy, chocolatey, and fruity; there's a cookie for every taste. We’ve chosen one pure classic, two classics transformed into more modern American versions, and a newish cookie we bet will become a family standard.
Raspberry Pinwheel
A traditional holiday cookie with a sweet, fruity swirl of raspberry flavor. Very pretty and fun to make!
Almond Florentine
Our twist on this European classic is a bar cookie loaded with nuts on an almond shortbread base.
Chai Madeleines
The bite-sized cousin of traditional madeleines—French sponge cake baked in a shell-shaped pan. Ours are loaded with flavor from warming spices like cardamom, cinnamon, and ginger (and don’t require special bakeware).
Chocolate Coins
The stunner of the cookie platter, these dark chocolate cookies are rich and fudgy, and, after embossing and glazing, truly look as good as they taste.
