Panellets A traditional Spanish cookie (little bread in Catalan) for All Saints Day; our version is bursting with the sweet, nutty flavor of coconut and rolled in pearl sugar for extra crunch! And it’s gluten-free to boot!
Guava GoGos A fusion of a classic asian-style, flaky pastry filled with Guava fruit paste from Latin America
Chocolate Ganache Thumbprints A rich, chocolate cookie filled with smooth, creamy chocolate ganache, sprinkled with Maldon Sea Salt Flakes to finish

While we can sometimes leave out ingredients, provide substitutions, or allow students to bring their own gluten-free flour, several of these cookies cannot be altered and still achieve success.
