Join us as we make pavlova—a light, luscious, fruity, sweet, cloud-like dessert—together in this interactive, online Zoom class. It begins with a round of vanilla meringue and baking it until the exterior is crispy, but the interior remains soft and smooth. It's then covered with a thick wavy layer of unsweetened whipped cream (plenty of sugar in the meringue for the entire dessert) and generously decorated with colorful seasonal fruit.
We can’t wait to (virtually!) bake with you! You will receive the student guide, a grocery and equipment list, and any associated information for the class. You will also receive a link to the Zoom invite. This is your invitation into the class! Consider adding it to your Calendar.
