Did you know tamales are a Mexican holiday tradition? Former BAKE! instructor, Alejandro Ramon, is here to share his knowledge of making excellent Mexican Tamales. One of his first memories is helping his mom in the kitchen, stirring rice as it dry roasted, to make “Grandma’s Mexican Rice.” Now, he has a few other great recipes to share! In this class, you will create hand-made corn tamales with green chili chicken and red chili pork fillings. You will have the skills to recreate these recipes for friends and family!
You’ll leave BAKE! with the recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, tamales you made in class to steam at home later and great coupons.
