Love American pie and already have the classics down? Join us to add these variations to your repertoire—Fried Fruit Pies, Raspberry Patti Pockets (a.k.a. hand-made Pop-Tarts®), and Bakehouse Key Lime Pie with a buttery graham cracker crust!
This class is full of hands-on activities like mixing, rolling, filling, crimping, and frying. And the results will be simply scrumptious. You'll be most popular at the potluck after taking this class.
You'll leave the BAKE! class with our recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, 6 fruit pies to freeze and fry when you are ready to serve them (we will demo frying in class for tasting!), 8 patti pockets, and one 9-inch key lime pie.
In-Person: We'll end the in-person class with a tasting of what we made and you'll go home with some great coupons.
Virtual: Please visit our Virtual Class Page for all of the instructions you need to be prepared for class. The most important preparations are measuring all of your ingredients before the class, making sure you have all of the equipment needed, and being ready to use Zoom.
