Together, we’ll make two varieties of Zingerman's Bakehouse scones, a dozen of each!
Unapologetically laden with butter and cream, these scones get a burst of lemon flavor from candied lemon peel and fresh lemon zest.
Made with milk (rather than cream), organic rolled oats, toasted pecans, and juicy red flame raisins, these scones were originally created for our Bakehouse guests who wanted something a bit more wholesome for breakfast.

You'll leave the BAKE! class with our recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, and the two dozen scones you made in class.
