A great class for beginning bakers. In this hands-on class, you will learn the keys to flaky and tender scones, such as how to properly cut the butter into the flour.
You’ll make two varieties of Bakehouse buttery scones—a dozen sweet crystallized ginger and a dozen savory cheddar herb. We’ll also give you other add-in options (chocolate, blueberry) and suggestions for what works best for ingredient substitutes.
