Scrumptious Scones and Buttery Biscuits

Zingerman's scone baking class

Learn the tips to making tender scones and flaky biscuits, such as how to properly cut butter into flour. Together we’ll make Bakehouse classic ginger scones and Southern style buttermilk biscuits. Simple and delicious, these staples will surely become household favorites! We'll also shake things up a bit with sweet potato biscuits (summer 2018) or scones made with einkorn, a flavorful ancient heirloom wheat variety. (fall 2018, winter 2019).

You'll leave BAKE! with our recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, 3 dozen pastries you made in class and great coupons.
