Join us for this two hour, virtual demonstration held over Zoom. Guest BAKE! instructor, and former instructor for the Confucius Institute at the University of Michigan, Shih-Wen Wu will show us how to make Dim Sum. Dim Sum refers to a wide variety of bite-sized Chinese delicacies that are usually served with tea. Shih-Wen will be making four of her favorites: egg custard tarts, fresh spring rolls, fried vegetarian egg rolls, and wontons.
Feel free to cook and bake along with her or just pour a cup of tea and enjoy the demonstration. There will be a moderator fielding questions throughout the demonstration.
