Wow guests at your next outdoor picnic or cookout with a line up to celebrate summer! Get your best burger recipe ready for the barbecue grill because we'll be making tender and buttery Brioche Burger Buns. To serve alongside your burgers, we'll rustle up a batch of Corn Chowder featuring fresh Michigan summer corn that has a little kick from roasted poblano peppers. To round out the meal, we'll make the Bakehouse's Blueberry Buckle - a tender cake full of wild blueberries topped with a delectable sweet crumble topping.
You'll leave the BAKE! class with our recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, and the burger buns, corn chowder, and blueberry buckle you made in class.
In-Person: We'll end class with a tasting of all that we made and you'll also go home with some great coupons.
