In this class, we'll teach you a few of our favorite summer treats to beat the heat—Cool as a Cucumber Soup, a chilled soup made with cucumbers at their summer peak, brightened with Spanish sherry vinegar; our Hungarian Dill Pogácsa, great for any bread basket; and Cheery Cherry Pie, tart cherries tucked inside an all-butter double crust.
You'll learn the secrets to making a tender and flaky pie dough, a refreshing and delicious cold soup, and a lightly yeasted, buttery roll chock full of fresh dill.
You'll leave the BAKE! class with our recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, and all the tasty summer delights we made in class.
In-Person: We'll end the in-person class with a tasting of what we made and you'll go home with some great coupons.
