In this virtual-only, hands-on class, we'll teach you a few of our favorite summer treats - Heirloom Gazpacho, a chilled soup of Spanish origin, made with heirloom tomatoes at their summer peak, brightened with a dash of Spanish sherry vinegar; thin, crunchy Grissini, great for any bread basket; and Country Peach Pie, tucked inside a whole-grain, all-butter single crust and topped with a browned butter crumble. Add a salad and you'll have a wonderful light and tasty summer dinner or lunch.
