In this hands-on class, we'll teach you to make just a few of our favorite house-made soups at the Bakehouse. Stir up some flavor with Gabor’s Hungarian Butter Bean and Ham with Hungarian paprika and 5 O’clock Cheddar Ale. We’ll also provide a recipe for the perfect matzoh ball for Tibor’s Matzoh Ball Soup with Goose Broth, the traditional Hungarian version. You'll learn valuable cooking skills that are the building blocks of making great soups. These recipes are sure to be added to the family's list of most requested meals.
You’ll leave BAKE! with our recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, and the soups you made in class.
In-Person: We'll end class with a tasting of what we made and you'll go home with some great coupons.
