In this class we'll make an elegant and impressive torte from start to finish- the Raspberry Charlotte, so you'll have the skills for those special occasions when a torte is called for.
You'll leave BAKE! with a few tested recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, and the torte you made in class.
Our classes (except for family classes & kids camps) are for adults 17 & up.
