In this hands-on class, we'll teach you how to make the Zingerman's Delicatessen recipe for really great chicken pot pies from scratch, including mixing and rolling the flaky pie crust, cooking and assembling the aromatic filling, and shaping the pies. Join in the hands-on fun and learn to make a classic comfort food.
Our recipe will make 6 mini 5-inch pies! We'll also talk about how you can freeze them and bake them later.
You'll leave the BAKE! class with the recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, and the pot pies you made in class ready for baking or freezing.
In-Person: We'll end class with a tasting of what we made and you'll go home with some great coupons.

Basic Pastry Baking Kit
Our Basic Pastry Kit is ideal for newer pastry bakers, and includes tools we typically use for baked goods like scones, cookies, and brownies.
