Get (almost!) everything you need for this year's Fancy Schmancy Holiday Cookie lineup. Ingredients will come already scaled for your baking pleasure.
The 2026 cookie lineup has something for everybody:
Basler Leckerli—a traditional Swiss cookie with almonds and candied fruit; chewy and a little nutty. It tastes like the winter holidays.
Hong Kong Snowballs—a riff on a coconut-stuffed Hong Kong cocktail bun. Think shredded coconut filling in a vanilla-scented short dough. It's gently flavored and not too sweet!
Chocolate Mint Cheers—tender chocolate icebox cookies cut into squares, dipped in dark chocolate mint ganache, and decorated with nonpareils and crushed candy cane. These sing the holidays.
Regent Tartlette—a two-bite version of the Swedish Princess Cake! This is the showstopper of the class—super pretty, very tasty, and a little challenging to make.
Besides most of the ingredients, the kit will also include: sheets of parchment paper, an 8x8 disposable pan, a cookie scoop, copies of the recipes, a packing slip with a guide to the stickers on each ingredient, and a shopping list of the ingredients you will need to get. Please note that items in the kits cannot be swapped out or exchanged. (If you have a duplicate, share with a friend or invite a buddy to bake with you!)
You will need a mini muffin pan to make one of the cookies. It is not included in the kit.
